The Lovejoy Urban Redevelopment Agency, URA, was created in 2009 to drive revitalization in Lovejoy’s downtown area. The Agency’s mission is to bring families back to downtown Lovejoy. The Lovejoy Community Center, Mayor’s Park, and Open Air Market are some of the URA’s recent additions to downtown Lovejoy.
