Councilwoman Marci Fluellyn

Lovejoy City Council:

Marci Fluellyn began her term on August 14, 2007, filling a vacant seat on the city council representing Post 1. Served as Mayor Pro Tem 2012-2013 and 2016-2017.

Professional History:

Marci began her professional career in the purchasing field with a specialty in strategic planning and marketing with 20+ years of service. Her strongest contributions are in 5 of the 7 P’s: Promotions, Placement, People, Physical Environment (ambiance) and Packaging. She is currently the Supply Chain Manager for a porous plastics OEM manufacturing company in Fairburn, Georgia. Marci is a single mother with three children.

Educational History:

Marci graduated from Lamar County Comprehensive High School and American InterContinental University (AIU), where she earned an Associate’s degree with honors in Business Management. Marci is currently working on her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
