The H.I.P.E Unit
Highly Intensified Patrol Enforcement Unit, H.I.P.E. will be patrolling areas throughout the City of Lovejoy particularly subject to potential criminal activity, conducting traffic stops, citizen contacts and business checks. H.I.P.E. does not respond to calls for service, but are designated to suppressing potential criminal activity throughout the city.
H.I.P.E. is comprised of specialized officers designated by LPD Command Staff.
